## Buyer Terms
- Prices and availability are subject to change.
- Orders are subject to payment verification.
- Refunds are subject to the Refund & Return Policy.

## Seller Terms
Sellers must additionally comply with the Seller Terms & Conditions, Prohibited Products Policy, and other seller-specific policies.

## Intellectual Property
Salsels owns the platform. Sellers and buyers retain ownership of their content.

## Limitation of Liability
Salsels is provided "as is." Salsels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
